You take some mashed potatoes and form them in to a mountain shape with your hands. You put a toothpick flag on top. For a side dish, you take a hot dog and cut it in to the shape of an Octopus. Here's Izzy's recipe:
After mashing the potatoes, in a small pan add the zest of 1 lemon & 1 lime. Add a lot of white wine and some brown sugar. Cook until it boils and it is thick. Pour over the mashed potatoes and top with tater tots and pieces of butter. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. You be the judge.

I'd probably eat his, not so sure about hers though, sounds more adventerous then I could be with food.
Ha...first of all, neither of those recipes sound like they contributed to those faces. Second, I think it is hilarious that Izzy said "a lot of white wine." Atta boy.
Well, at least we know Izzy has a future in tv as a food network host! LOL That is some funny stuff, not sure about that gravy but I have to admire his inventiveness besides, if done right all the alchol won't burn off and you will be to drunk too care what it tastes like... hum, that brings up other disturbing concerns huh? Never mind, forget I said, anything! LOL
while i'm a little unsure about the sugar and lemon/lime zest in his recipe, i gotta give izzy props for the use of tater tots and butter. anything topped with tater tots and slabs of butter, then baked in the oven, can't be half bad... ;)
