Have I mentioned that everything in my house is white? I understand that the builder/designer of the home wanted a contemporary feel but cmon....*Tiny white tiles in powder room plus all-white bathroom fixtures.
*White carpet throughout upstairs and basement.
*Master bath is completely white and tiled EVERYWHERE.
*White appliances in the kitchen.
What does this all mean?
With 4 children and 6 animals, complete filth and dirt at all times.
What the hell was I thinking?

You must have been desperate to take a photo of the bathroom floor. I marvel at how "hair free" it is!
So do you throw a can of Comet onto the white floors and demand your children scrub with a toothbrush? Oh wait...that's Joan Crawford's white floors.
White is better than green n' blue. One of our bedrooms has green carpet and blue walls. The woman (who I loved dearly) who lived here had cancer and blue was healing to her. And green. Together. With off-white trim. And 1970s drapes. All of which are still there.
Oh My God! Did you ever see the Malcom in the Middle where the parents have their first kid, live in a completely hip and all white apartment, and as the kid ages the house goes through a total trashing? That's what I'm see at chez all
I give you so much credit for having white everywhere what with kids and animals. Bless you!
At least that tile is "white" even after all this time.
